Puri


INGREDIENTS

2 cups wheat flour
1 cup self raising flour
Salt to taste
Milk
1 tbsp butter

METHOD
  • Rub 1 tbsp butter into the self raising and wheat flour
  • Add enough milk to make a soft dough
  • Make small balls
  • Roll out into round flat puris
  • Deep fry until golden brown
