Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour, sifted
- ½ cup (65g) cornstarch, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Make the Cookie Dough:
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
