Mint Sauce

INGREDIENTS

½ cup chopped fresh mint
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
plain yogurt

METHOD
  • Heat vinegar and remove from heat
  • Add mint sugar, yogurt and pepper
  • Stir and serve chilled
  • ( can be blended in food blender if desired )
